The vast majority of our business is carried out using our Mail Order Stringing Service.  Use our contact form to place your order. Once you receive a confirmation email, simply send your racket along with a cover payment (usually a cheque but other forms of payment are available). We will string the racket to your requirements and return it to you usually within 72 hours.  However, if you need your racket returned urgently, a 24 hour turnround is available for and additional £2.00 per racket. If you are sending more than one racket for stringing, please also add an additional £1.00 per racket to the cost of the restring to cover the exra weight on the return postage.

A low cost personal courier service is available through My Hermes. This is a fully trackable service where they will collect your racket from your home or place of work and deliver it to us for less than £3.00 – it’s even less if you drop the racket off at one of their local ‘ParcelShop’ collection points. My Hermes and other courier services are also available via global courier company Parcel2Go on their website at http://www.parcel2go.com/. The alternatives are Royal Mail or Parcel Force.

Please package your racket carefully, as the packaging will be used to return the racket to you.
